ITALIAN CLARINET QUARTET | Clarinet course by Gianluigi Caldarola and the Italian Clarinet Quartet (from 6 to 13 of August).
During the interpretation course held by Mr Caldarola, a 3-day masterclass with the Italian Clarinet Quartet will take place from 10 to 13 of August.
The quartet was born in 2017 from the idea of four musicians: Giovanni Punzi, Calogero Presti, Gianluigi Caldarola and Giuseppe Gentile. The four of them hold positions in prestigious European orchestras.
The specialization course is aimed at all those interested in taking chamber music (clarinet quartet) lessons and individual lessons with the relevant teacher, specifically:
- Giovanni Punzi: Clarinet
- Gianluigi Caldarola: Clarinet
- Calogero Presti: Small Eb Clarinet and Clarinet
- Giuseppe Gentile: Bass Clarinet and Clarinet
For those enrolled in the course held by Mr Caldarola, the participation fee for the masterclass is 50 euros more than the cost of the basic interpretation course. For those not enrolled in the basic course, the cost of the 3-day masterclass is 280 euros. The masterclass will be only opened with a minimum of 5 enrolled students.
