Attention to the new frontiers of musical languages imposes more and more informed choices regarding the roles and expressive potentials of the flute. What should student flautists do to address and tackle the new compositions and scenarios of the present-day musical world? What should they study, which repertoires approach, what attitude adopt? Above all, how can they find their own particular place within the world of music today?
This seminar seeks to answer some questions typical of student flautists who intend dedicating themselves to music today.
