The lyric singing masterclass, (from 11 to 18 August) has as main purpose the enhancement of the vocal talent and the scenic-interpretative potential of each student, through the careful observation of the characteristics of his voice and the specific work, adapted to the highlighted problems, practiced through a series of lectures, during which each student will alternately play the role of interpreter and spectator.
In collaboration with Dr. Teresa Cardace, soprano and singing instructor at the Morlacchi Conservatory of Perugia, she will work with the students on the preparation of Farsa in an act by Rossini. The opportunity is the thief, with costumes and elements of the scene. A study as well as on vocal technique also on stage art.
In general, the masterclass will be devoted particular attention to the awareness of breathing, from the anatomical and physiological point of view, to the theme of sound support and support, so that they can be used in the service of vocal performance and according to the different styles.
A vast repertoire of opera, oratorio, Lied, chamber music, ancient and contemporary music will be played, also in French, German, English and Russian, which can be performed in concerts, in various locations in the city of Assisi.
